Class will begin promptly at 6:00pm EST, so please login no later than 5:55pm EST. We ask that you be on time! If you are more than 5 minutes late, it may result in you having to reschedule. The duration of this class is approximately 1 – 2 hours. Please be sure that your Webcam or camera phone is on to participate and there are no potential distractions or background noise.
